How is this different from Motorsportreg or Clubregistration?

Our Day 1 release is focused is on the event, centered around communication and coordination of event schedule execution, to make the process on both Club and Participant as easy and stress-free, as possible.  We feel this will be a differentiator, not only for us, but for clubs using the platform.

Day 2 includes more core updates, to quickly advance the platform capabilities.  Please contact us to discuss features that are important to you.

How is this platform different from TrackAddict or Harry's Laptimer?

Those apps focus on on-board timing, video capture, and telemetry, while you’re on the track or circuit.  We love these apps, but that’s not the place we play.  Our focus is providing a digital schedule solution, with notifications, reminders, among many other off-track features.  We want your enjoy the track day experience.

What does Track Side Schedule cost?

Track Side Schedule is FREE to clubs, during the Beta period.  To keep with our commitment to continue to deliver new and enhanced features to our valued customers, we may include ad support to pay for development costs.

What does the Track Side Schedule driver / instructor participant app cost?

The Track Side Schedule app for driver participants is a freemium model, supported by ads.  Digital schedules and club notifications are included.  The However, if you wish to remove ads, or want the convenience of filtering your schedule view, and setting grid alarms, you’ll need to upgrade to the paid version.  Subscribing will secure access to new features as they are released.

Tell me again why I should pay for the driver / instructor participant app?

Two reasons:  1.  We have some seriously cool ideas that we want to continue to deliver as feature updates.  2.  We have bills to pay too; app dev is not cheap.

Can I request assistance in setting up an event?

What event types are supported?

Generally, we support any type of automotive enthusiast event, including social outings.  However, we feel like we really shine when it’s open-track or a session-based HPDE.  The platform is also flexible to support Karting events, Motocross, and Bike Days.

Are digital tech forms supported?

Currently, we do not support digital tech form submission, but if there’s enough interest, we will prioritize any feature requested.

I can't find my upcoming track event, where do I find it?

Bummer, it looks like your Club or your event organizer isn’t using Track Side Schedule.  We can tackle this together.  Shoot us a note (use our contact form or send us an email at info@18.191.112.140) of the event and the club who’s organizing it and we’ll go to bat for you.  They may not know about the app, or didn’t realize their participants wanted it.

Worst case scenario, we can create the event on the club’s behalf and load a schedule you provide.  We can’t guarantee it will stay current, but we’ll do our best to make that happen – with your help.

I can't find my driver feedback ratings, where can I find it?

You can see the walk through to find where it’s located here.

Otherwise, your instructor or track marshal for your event has not left you feedback.  You can send a message within the app to request a check-ride.  An event official should be touch shortly.
